Robotic Punching Machine
RPM Vision + uses a vision system to check and validate the final results of the punching process. It ensures high quality and precise results with burr-free cuts and undamaged vias of the connector, as it has dedicated tools for each vias pattern.
It enables the processing of different connectors in the same operation. After selecting the punching pattern using a barcode reader or a network file (KSK server), the operator inserts the connectors into the selected nests. The machine selects the required tool and angle and starts the punching process.
At the end of the process, the vision system inspects each connector to ensure that the punching process is accurate and burr-free, and identifies OK and NOK parts.In conjunction with this flexibility, the system also offers high productivity with an average cycle of 0.7 seconds per pin.
